Please note we have moved to our new location inside Global Fitness Kelowna at 1574 Harvey Avenue, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 6G2. This is a shared space - have a seat in the waiting area when you arrive and we will come get you at your appointment time.

Parking

There is tons of parking stalls for patients to use behind the building - including along Burtch and Kelglen. Please do not park in front of Dakotas after 11:00am, in front of the garbage bins in the front lot or where there are signs prohibiting parking.

Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction, injury, pain and disorders of soft tissue and joints of the body by manipulation, mobilization and other manual methods.

Manual Therapy (Billed as RMT)

Manual Therapy is the application of Functional Range Systems. This includes a thorough assessment of joint and tissue health - the ultimate producer of pain and limiter of performance. Group Training - A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion.

Marc Leduc

Marc is a graduate of the International Academy of Massage. As a former university athlete, he has accumulated many injuries and massage therapy played a big role in getting him healthy and allowing him to train and stay active. This is what led him to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Additional Certifications:

-Active Release Techniques (ART) - full body 2019

-Functional Range Conditioning - 2022

-Functional Range Release (Upper Body) - 2023

-Functional Assessment - 2023

These types of therapies can help with many different conditions, including: tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis/golfer’s elbow, sciatic nerve issues, back pain, plantar fasciitis, shin splints and shoulder pain to name a few. They can be done separately from regular massage, or can be combined in the same treatment.

Paul Leduc

Meet Paul

Paul holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Ottawa as well as a diploma in Paramedicine from Cambrian College. He graduated from the International Academy of Massage in Registered Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Complimentary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).

Growing up, Paul played many sports competitively and fell in love with training at a young age. Along the way, injuries piled up, forcing him to increase his knowledge of recovery and physical performance. This created an insatiable appetite for training knowledge that exists to this day.

Paul has had the privilege to learn from some of the best practitioners and coaches in the business – whom he credits for sharpening his clinical skills. On top of maintaining a private practice at Okanagan Sports Therapy, he is also highly sought for injury and performance consulting among athletes at the amateur and professional level. Not afraid to push the boundaries of treatment, patients often book with him because they are tired of not getting the results they are looking for.

An entrepreneur at heart, Paul has owned and operated a number of small businesses and non-profit organization, including Absolute Sport Science and Lineman Special Strength.

When not in the clinic, Paul can be found enjoying all the Okanagan has to offer with his wife and three kids.
